We will gladly refund items within 30 days of purchase. Any return requests received after that deadline will be refused.
If you, the buyer, are unhappy with the product for any reason, you can return the items for a full refund of the purchase price.
Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached. The return form enclosed in your package must be completed and included with the item(s) you are returning.
If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges if applicable) will be refunded to you using the original payment method, once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets the conditions above.
Please note that once an item is shipped, it cannot be recalled. Therefore, all shipped items must be returned in order to obtain a refund. It is the buyer’s responsibility to return the item(s) in case of any refund requests – even if the recipient refuses delivery.
To obtain a refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get a return label. Be sure to remove the old shipping label and put the new label on the outside of the box. Return is FREE for US customers only. International customers will have to pay for your return shipping.
To return an item, please include below information at the invoice in the return package:
- The items you are returning.
- Reason why you are returning your item(s): did not fit, did not like, incorrect item sent, Item damaged, Other, too small, too big, not what I expected.
- Your order number
After the shipping department receives your return, it generally takes 7-10 business days to process your refund. You will be notified by email when the refund has taken place. Once a return is processed, please note that it can take up to one billing cycle for this return to be posted to your account, depending on your financial institution.
